Captains of Industry Gala Dinner

For the first time the Australian Regional Tourism Network (ARTN) is bringing together the Captains of the Australian regional tourism industry for an intimate function in the beautiful Barossa Region.

The need for a focused vision for Australia’s regional tourism industry has long been evident. This evening aims to bring together the executives, decision makers, business leaders and regional visionaries to explore innovative ways to steer a united course for our industry.

This invitation only event will be held in Jacob’s Creek Heritage House, catered by Executive Chef Veronica Zhara, serving local contemporary cuisine matched with their famous premium wines.

Speaking at the function is influential businessman and lobbyist Peter Hurley. As Chief of Australian Hotels Association and a partner in Port Lincoln’s new $45 million regional tourism development, he is a man who has helped to create the landscape that is South Australian tourism today. Mr. Steven Ciobo, Shadow Minister for Small Business, the Service Economy and Tourism will address guests over pre-dinner drinks and we will also take this opportunity to farewell founder and former ARTN Chair, Mr. Wayne Kayler-Thomson.

Limited seats are available. Tickets can be purchased for $120 which includes a three course meal accompanied by premium wines. Return transport is provided from the Novotel Barossa to Jacob’s Creek Heritage House.
