The peak national body for regional tourism

Welcome Guest!

Sharing what works in regional tourism

Did you know that around 46 cents in every dollar spent on tourism in Australia is spent in regional destinations? Tourism brings financial viability and cultural vibrancy to many of our regional communities and employs almost half a million Australians (more than mining, and more than agriculture, forestry and fishing combined).

The people and organisations tasked with fostering and sustaining tourism in regional Australia are talented, resourceful and inspirational. Their work is important and contribution significant. The ARTN is the peak national body that represents these regional tourism practitioners, and supports its members by providing opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing and advocacy to promote a successful and sustainable industry.
