Our People

As a not for profit, membership based association, the ARTN is run by Members for Members.

The Staff

The ARTN is regional by name and regional by nature with its secretariat based in the Riverina region of NSW at Leeton. The secretariat is staffed full time by our Network Manager, Tracey Valenzisi, who conducts the day to day running of the ARTN and is available to assist members with queries and spread the word on regional tourism.

T
racey is currently the voluntary Chair of the Inland NSW Tourism Awards, a local councillor and has worked on a vast array of tourism initiatives throughout the Riverina and Inland region of NSW including Country Change, and individual product and industry development projects.

Tracey has experience in industry engagement and the implementation of membership offerings for organisations.    Tracey has the ability to liaise with members and discuss their issues and challenges, to identify opportunities to build capacity within the industry, to develop connections and cooperation at the ‘grass roots’, as well as working with local and state government agencies.

The ARTN Young Regional Tourism Achiever

The title of ARTN Young Regional Tourism Achiever is a hotly contested and prestigious national award which seeks to recognise and incentivise excellence and passion for regional tourism in professionals aged 35 years or younger.   As part of their prize package and duties, the ARTN Young Regional Tourism Achiever participates as an ex-officio member of the ARTN Board and regularly attends events on behalf of the ARTN.
